Research on Dynamic Reactive Power Resource Regulation of New Power Distribution System to Enhance New Energy Carrying Capacity
In order to solve the problem of voltage fluctuation and reactive power regulation of distribution network caused by high proportion of distributed power access, this paper studies the dynamic reactive power resource regulation strategy of new distribution system to improve new energy carrying capacity. A “source-network-load-storage” cooperative optimization model is constructed, and a dynamic reactive power and voltage optimization strategy based on improved genetic algorithm is proposed. A hybrid integer nonlinear programming algorithm with adaptive cross mutation operator was designed by establishing a multi-dimensional coupling analysis framework including PV output probability model, bidirectional regulation characteristics of energy storage system and load demand response. The simulation results show that the proposed strategy can significantly improve the qualified rate of system voltage, reduce network loss, and extend the cycle life of energy storage equipment under the conditions of typical working days, holidays and extreme weather. The research provides basic support for the operation of the power system, and is of great significance for improving the carrying capacity of new energy and improving the flexible absorption capacity of the system.
