Numerical Simulation of Low-Temperature Gasification of Biomass in Bubbling Fluidized Bed Using Mesoscale Model
In this study, based on the two-fluid model, the MSSD drag model was constructed to describe the gas-solid multi-scale motion characteristics during the biomass gasification process in a bubbling fluidized bed. By coupling the heat and mass transfer models and the chemical reaction model, a comprehensive computational model for biomass gasification in a bubbling fluidized bed reactor suitable for coarse-grid calculations was established. Subsequently, the biomass gasification process within the bubbling fluidized bed was simulated.
