Research on the Feasibility of Distributed Resource Aggregation to Participate in Power System Blackstart and Recovery Scheme
Distributed generation is prevalent in most inland areas, but there is a lack of large-scale hydroelectric power generation. With the large-scale grid integration of renewable energy sources, the limitations of traditional black-start schemes are becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, this paper investigates the problem of aggregated black-start power source with cooperative participation of renewable energy and storage units and small hydropower units. First, the feasibility of aggregated black-start power is analyzed from the frequency perspective, and the optimality of aggregated black-start power is investigated. Then, an optimization model considering the black-start recovery process of load importance is established. The feasibility of aggregated black-start power source and the enhancement of renewable energy and storage introduction to the recovery efficiency of the power system are verified by simulation.
