Research on the Control Strategy of Vehicle Fuel Cell Thermal Management System
In order to better utilise the potential of fuel cells. In this paper, a control strategy based on particle swarm optimisation PID is proposed for the thermal management system of proton exchange membrane fuel cell to improve the temperature control accuracy and system efficiency. In this paper, the fuel cell voltage model and its thermal management model are established by MATLAB/Simulink. The voltage loss mechanism under different temperature conditions is analysed in detail, and the optimal operating temperature interval is determined to be 65-75°C. And then compared with the traditional PID controller, the PSO-optimized PID controller performs better in terms of response speed, overshooting amount and steady-state error, which is able to effectively maintain the fuel cell operating in the ideal temperature range, thus improving the output performance and stability.
