Research on Vibration Characteristics of Different Measuring Points on the Surface of Transformer
When conducting online monitoring of transformers using vibration analysis, the selection of measurement points plays a pivotal role, as the quality of acquired signals directly influences the effectiveness of condition identification. This study investigates the vibration characteristics of different measurement points on the surface of transformer casings from three aspects: vibration intensity, vibration frequency distribution, and vibration correlation. Furthermore, the study examines the impact of displacement in vibration measurement points on vibration responses. The research findings reveal that as the spacing between measurement points increases, the variation in vibration intensity and amplitude among different points progressively amplifies, accompanied by a gradual decline in vibration correlation. Additionally, disparities in the distribution of frequency components emerge, with 400 Hz superseding 100 Hz as the predominant component of transformer casing vibration.
