Design and Implementation of a Smart AI-Based Assistant for Intelligent Tracking and Monitoring
The emergence of the “Smart AI Helper Assistant Tracking and Allocation System” has focused on assuring safety and resource management in industries in which electricians, carpenters, and laborers are commonly high-risk professions. The frequent accidents within these sectors, particularly in construction and manual labor, have raised great concern with respect to worker safety and proper task allocation. Proposed here is an intelligent solution using AI and Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS) for tracking, monitoring, and real-time optimal resource allocation. By applying these advanced AI algorithms, the system informs the location tracking for workers and equipment in the defined area while ensuring that workers keep within safe zones, thus preventing any possible accidental damages. The AI integrated assistant will be partnered with a mobile application, which will provide instant updates for the workers and managers regarding the safety conditions, advancement of tasks undertaken, and availability of equipment. This creates an environment where intelligent distribution of workload is exercised based on the skillset of workers, minimizing non-value-added travel time and maximizing productivity. Additionally, the system surveys workers' conditions and raises alarms for possible eminent hazards like electrical shocks, structural failure, and equipment breakdown. In addition, the system uses machine learning algorithms to predict high-risk zones, thus providing a worker allocation model that is proactive in terms of worker safety. In emergency situation real-time tracking ensures immediate response by alternatively speedily informing the management teams. By redirecting one skill level to another, this system not only facilitates the respect of safety rules but also boosts operational efficiency and job satisfaction.
