Fractional-Order Two-Degree-of-Freedom PID Control for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
Since fractional-order calculus encompasses integer-order calculus as a special case, employing a fractional-order model enables a more accurate depiction of the essence of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM), while offering greater flexibility with fractional-order controllers. In light of the fractional-order model for PMSM, a two-degree-of-freedom PID control method based on fractional-order desired dynamics is proposed. The integer-order control scheme is extended to the fractional-order, the fractional-order desired dynamic equation is proposed. Subsequently, the controller parameters are tuned based on the partial prior knowledge of the controlled object. The simulation results show that the proposed method has better control effect than the traditional integer-order controller and fractional-order PID.
