Design and Implementation of Large-Scale Sensor-Integrated Electrical Automation System
Electrical automation systems play a pivotal role in enhancing power production efficiency and optimizing resource utilization. However, traditional centralized systems face challenges such as information silos and slow response times. This paper presents the design and implementation of an IoT-based electrical automation system with large-scale sensor integration, employing a four-layer architecture: the perception and acquisition layer, network transmission layer, data processing layer, and application interface layer. Each layer's functions and interconnections are discussed in detail. Furthermore, the paper explores the system's scalability, realtime data processing capabilities, and strategies for addressing network expansion challenges. A comprehensive evaluation framework is proposed to assess system performance, offering insights into the future applications and broader adoption of IoTbased electrical automation systems.
