Characterization of Multi-Energy Synergistic Outward Transmission for Clean Energy Bases
With the accelerated pace of energy structure transformation and the in-depth implementation of power market reform, the environment of the power market is gradually showing a complex and variable situation. As the core area of clean energy concentration, the study of the output characteristics of clean energy base power generation in Northwest China can improve the stable operation and energy utilization efficiency of clean energy export. The upper layer optimizes the sizes of wind power, photovoltaic, and hydropower plants with improved particle swarm algorithm, and solves the global optimum through empirical learning; the lower layer is a multi-energy complementary scheduling model, which is processed linearly and solved incrementally by time scale, and the medium- and long-term rules are set first, and then optimized day by day and hour by hour, to ensure the stability and efficiency of the energy sending out. The results show that the construction and application of the two-layer model not only improves the utilization rate and stability of clean energy, but also effectively alleviates the problems of system supply-demand imbalance and power fluctuation. This study is of great significance for promoting the development of clean energy industry, optimizing and upgrading energy structure, and realizing green power transmission.
