Research on the Coordinated Planning Method of Generation-Grid-Load-Storage Considering the Supply Guarantee Demand of Industrial Parks
Under extreme weather conditions, industrial parks face significant supply pressure and increasing user demands for power supply. Currently, the power grid has not fully utilized the proactive support capabilities of Generation-Grid-Load-Storage(GGLS) for the grid, and it has poor self-healing capabilities, insufficient flexibility, and inadequate self-supporting capabilities. This paper proposes a study on the planning of GGLS adjustment resources considering the supply-demand needs of industrial parks, aiming to scientifically plan and reasonably allocate GGLS resources. First, a collaborative planning model for GGLS is built with the supply - demand requirements in extreme weather being considered; After that, the non - linear constraints within the model are linearized so as to construct a mixed integer linear programming(MILP) problem; Finally, a solution method for the MILP problem is proposed to tackle the planning model. Through the analysis of calculations on an actual power grid, it is verified that the proposed method is effective and practical. The results indicate that by adjusting resource planning, it is possible to effectively reduce the system's voltage deviation and three-phase imbalance while considering supply assurance requirements, thereby enhancing the operational safety of the industrial park's distribution system.
