Research on the Optimization of Mid-to Long Term Inter Provincial Trading Considering Clear Price Limitations
The rapid development of China's ultra-high voltage and inter provincial electricity trading markets has led to an increasingly complex power grid structure. In response to the comprehensive interconnection pattern among provinces in China, the current clearing method based on single channel high-low matching cannot meet the demand for centralized optimization clearing of multiple channels nationwide. Moreover, the benchmark prices of each province vary greatly, and there is no strict calculation basis for price restrictions, which is not conducive to the resource optimization and allocation role of the price mechanism. In order to build the healthier inter- provincial medium and long-term centralized trading market and respond to the price restriction policy about inter-provincial and cross-regional trading prices, this paper proposes an optimization clearing method for inter-provincial medium- and long-term centralized trading that takes into account ATC constraints. In response to the phenomenon of multiple solutions that may occur in large-scale linear programming problems, a provincial mid-to long term centralized trading optimization model that considers clear price limitations is further proposed. Through two rounds of optimization clearing, the average electricity price is reduced. At the same time, for situations where the limit price requirements are still not met after optimization, we come up with a trading reduction scheme based on excess contribution degree. Finally, the validity of the explored model and method is confirmed through simulations based on actual national data.
