Parameter Stability Region Division of Wind Power System Considering Time Delay
Taking into account the continuous rise in the penetration rate of wind power across the globe. There is an urgent need to analyze its stability. At present, there are few studies on the stability of wind power systems from the perspective of nonlinear dynamics. Therefore, based on the bifurcation theory in nonlinear dynamics, a nonlinear differential algebraic equation model describing the dynamic behavior of the system is first established. Then, using the continuation method to analyze the bifurcation behaviors of the system, so as to obtain the parameter stability region with various bifurcation points as the boundary. Considering the fluctuation of the mechanical power of the fan and the change of the load demand, these two parameters are chosen as the bifurcation parameters in this paper. In addition, by taking into account the effect of measurement and controller action delay <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\tau$</tex> introduced by the wind turbine controller on the dynamic behavior of the system, it is revealed that the delay factor proves detrimental to the system's stability.
