Distribution Network Reliability Assessment Including Demand Response and Energy Storage
As a means to absorb renewable energy in distribution network, energy storage is very important to the reliable and economic operation of distribution network. With the development of power demand, the guidance and regulation of load demand plays an important role in the economical and reliable operation of distribution network. This paper studies a reliability evaluation method of distribution network which includes demand response model and energy storage model, aiming at guiding load demand response through TOU price and realizing resource recovery decision through energy storage, so as to reduce load interruption time when distribution network fails. The results show that the load clipping and valley filling can be realized through the adjustment of electricity price, and the energy storage can provide flexible adjustment ability for the distribution network when the fault occurs, which is conducive to the reliable and economic operation of the distribution network.
