Minimal Measurement Configuration of Distribution Network for Interval State Estimation
The state estimation process for modern distribution networks faces escalating complexity and dynamic variability, primarily driven by surging electricity consumption and the widespread penetration of distributed renewable energy resources. This trend underscores the critical need for optimized measurement configuration. This paper proposes a minimal measurement configuration method that satisfies three-phase interval state estimation, aiming to achieve state estimation under minimized measurement configuration. Firstly, by minimizing measurement data fusion, an interval state estimation model considering three-phase imbalance is constructed to enhance the reliability of state variable estimation. Furthermore, the enhanced Krawczyk-Moore algorithm is implemented for state estimation, effectively addressing the conservatism inherent in conventional methodologies. Simulation results validate the method's accuracy in capturing the real-time operational status of distribution networks with minimal measurement requirements, highlighting its strong applicability in practical engineering scenarios.
