AI-Driven VLSI Design for Wearable Health Monitoring Devices: Real-Time Analysis and Predictive Insights for Vital Signs

AI-enhanced wearable health monitoring devices are revolutionizing personal healthcare by enabling real-time monitoring and predictive analysis of vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, and other critical parameters. This paper presents the development of a VLSI design for a wearable device that integrates advanced AI algorithms with energy-efficient hardware. The proposed system achieves high accuracy in vital sign monitoring (up to 96.2%), operates continuously for extended periods with minimal power consumption, and processes data in real time. This innovation addresses the growing demand for personalized healthcare solutions, ensuring reliability and user comfort. Despite its achievements, challenges persist in ensuring robustness across diverse physiological conditions and further reducing hardware complexity. Future work aims to enhance device adaptability, improve data security, and explore broader applications in telemedicine and fitness tracking. This research underscores the potential of AI-driven wearable technologies in transforming healthcare delivery.
