Available Transmission Capacity Intelligent Decision-Making Method for Multi-Regional Interconnected Grid Channels
Aiming at the difficulties in accurate modeling of Available Transmission Capacity (ATC) decision-making for interconnected power networks, this study proposes an intelligent decision-making method for multi-regional interconnected grid Channels. Firstly, a physical coordinated decision-making model of cross-region available transmission capacity is constructed to maximize regional grid revenue. Secondly, considering uncertain factors such as renewable resources and load fluctuations, a mapping model between each random operating condition and ATC is established, and the sample space for channel ATC decision-making is constructed. Then, in order to avoid the highdimensional constraint sets, the physical model of channel ATC decision-making is reconstructed into Markov decision-making model. Finally, Multi-Agent Deep Deterministic Strategy Gradient algorithm is utilized to solve the ATC decision-making model of interconnected power grid channels. The example results show that compared with the traditional physical modeldriven approach, this method can significantly improve the benefits while realizing the efficient decision-making of multiregion ATC.
