Research on Power Control Technology for Distribution Networks Adapted to High-Proportion Integration of Distributed Generations
With the continuous advancement of smart grid development, the high penetration of distributed generation (DG) resources into the power grid is bound to become a future trend. However, distributed generation resources are characterized by intermittency and variability, which significantly impact voltage levels, short-circuit capacity, relay protection, power supply stability, and power quality. Based on this, this paper introduces a method for power balance control in distribution networks considering high penetration of distributed energy resources. The method takes into account network losses, voltage deviations, and operational costs to define the objective function. An enhanced version of the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm is utilized to address the distribution network power coordination optimization problem, which incorporates step-size calculations. The experimental results indicate that the method we propose exhibits greater robustness than other solution algorithms.
