Ultra-Long Distance Sensing and Deep Learning-Based Condition Assessment Method for Power Transmission Lines
With the development of smart grids, the safe and stable operation of power transmission lines is particularly important. This paper proposes a condition assessment method for power transmission lines based on distributed optical fiber ultra-long distance sensing technology combined with deep learning. By applying distributed sensing via optical fibers, the method enables the measurement of quantitative properties like temperature, strain, and vibration of real-time monitoring of power transmission lines. and analyzes the monitoring data through deep learning models to accurately assess The status of high-voltage overhead power lines. Through case analysis of line condition assessment, the feasibility of this method is verified, the overall assessment coincidence is 92.31%, and an assessment model considering temporal features is proposed, which has practical value and reference significance. This innovation makes the state assessment more automated and intelligent, reduces the errors of manual analysis, and improves the efficiency and accuracy of the assessment.
