Joint Identification of Topology and Line Parameters for Low-Voltage Distribution Substation Based on Data-Driven
Aiming at the problem of inaccurate records of topology and line parameters in the low-voltage distribution substation ledger, this paper proposes a data-driven joint identification method of topology and line parameters. Firstly, the problem of joint identification of topology and line parameters of low-voltage distribution substation is analyzed. Secondly, the linear voltage drop model of three-phase four-wire line is derived, and the topology and impedance parameter identification model based on regression analysis is constructed. Then, the voltage correlation analysis method is used to select the adjacent node pairs, and the joint identification of the topology and line parameters from bottom to top is realized. Finally, in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, the topological structure of a typical low-voltage distribution substation and the measured data are used for simulation tests. The results show that the proposed method can accurately identify the topology and line parameters in the low-voltage distribution substation without phase angle measurement and with unknown number of hidden nodes. In the presence of meter rounding error, the resistance estimation error of the proposed method is 1.4 %.
