Analysis of Carbon Asset Potential of Large-Scale Wind Power and Photovoltaic Bases

China's renewable energy is developing rapidly, with wind power and photovoltaic bases becoming the main features. Promoting the full participation of new energy in the market has become an important measure to promote the consumption of energy at this stage. This paper selects a wind power and photovoltaic base project as the research object, analyzes the type of carbon assets, measures the potential of carbon assets, and evaluates the profitability of carbon asset participation in the market. This study fills in some of the gaps in carbon asset management of bases, provides reference for carbon asset management of bases in the desert and Gobi regions, promoting the participation of carbon assets in market-oriented trading.
