Data Hiding Algorithm for Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy Data based on Complex Graph Fourier Transform

A signal data of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is used to an molecular structure analysis, and thus that has worth. Therefore, to identify the data ownership, a data-hiding to NMR spectroscopy data is required, however a data-hiding algorithm for NMR spectroscopy has been not discussed. Based on complex graph Fourier transform (CGFT), this paper proposes an embedding and extracting algorithm for NMR spectroscopy. The data-hiding is implemented to a signal transferred form NMR spectroscopy data by CGFT. By the simulation, we compare the signal distortion of the proposed data-hiding algorithm with other data-hiding algorithms that embed to discrete cosine transform spectrum and time signal. An advantage of the proposed algorithm is shown from simulation results.
