Los resultados que emite el Consejo Nacional de Evaluación de la Política para el Desarrollo Social para la medición de la pobreza, ¿reflejan el panorama nacional?

The evaluation carried out by the National Council for Policy Evaluation (Coneval), aims to measure poverty and evaluate social programs, however, in Mexico throughout its history of federal public administration, public spending has been supervised in different ways with institutions, laws and regulations, involving several government agencies with different results. At present, the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, and the Ministry of Public Administration; there is also a Superior Audit Office of the Federation that monitors the application of the budget in all institutions that receive money from the treasury.
