El gobierno político de los territorios bajo la Constitución de Cádiz
The disappearance of the holders of the Spanish Crown showed that the monarchy had only one institutional plot to deal with the vacancy. However, he also pointed out the danger posed by the installation of Superior Juntas throughout the territory of Spain. This work focuses on analysing the need to re-centre what was breaking apart in the peninsula with the spontaneous creation of the aforementioned Juntas, and overseas, where in addition to the absence of the monarch was added the unequal treatment that these provinces received from the Central Junta, which made it essential to bring together the Cortes integrating for the first time representatives of the overseas territories, although with limited participation.
