The relevance of using infographics in the educational and cognitive activities of schoolchildren is due to the high pace and dynamism of new information technologies development in general education. Infographics are used in the process of teaching biology in connection with the change in the typology of information perception by modern schoolchildren. Examples of the use of infographics in the study of the topic “Birds" are given.
