Successful treatment of lupus miliaris disseminatus faciei with topical ivermectin: a case report

We describe a 73-year-old woman with lupus miliaris disseminatus faciei (LMDF) who responded favourably to topical ivermectin treatment. Her erythematous brown papules showed near-complete resolution after 2 months of therapy, leaving only pitted scars. These findings suggest that topical ivermectin is a potential treatment for LMDF.
