A cutaneous horn in a male patient with well-controlled HIV

Cutaneous horns are usually associated with benign lesions and rarely with malignant lesions. To our knowledge, this report is the first case of a malignant lesion presenting as a cutaneous horn in a patient with well-controlled HIV. This case highlights the role for histopathological assessment in diagnosing the lesion associated with cutaneous horns and considers an atypical malignant presentation.
