Artificial intelligence driven photonics based real-time monitoring system for tumor diagnosis
Diagnosis of tumor involves the use of photonics and artificial intelligence driven systems. Therefore, The article aims to use artificial intelligence and advanced light-based technology to better detect how dense a tumor is, which helps in identifying it more accurately. The current research study is conducted in two sections. In the first phase, tracking using the real-time photonics tracking system is developed to track specific region or areas of interest. For instance, the sensitive fiber optic probes can be directly inserted into human body to give a real time spectroscopic analysis during surgeries. In the second stage, AI can quickly analyze the data and give instant feedback to help surgeons while they remove the tumor. This makes it possible to detect tumors automatically and accurately at a preliminary stage when even a naked eye cannot identify them. The result indicates that the red blood cell is normally has the size of 6-8 microns and skin cell is ranging 20-50 microns in shape size. Cancer is an example of an experimental induced disease or growth of pathologic tissue as tumor cells, which may originate, for instance in blood cells or in skin tissue. The refractive index of normal human cells, including erythrocytes, is ranged approximately from 1.37 up to 1.54 at wavelength near 1-2 microns. For tumor cells the refractive index measured is marginally higher (1.58 to 1.62) as compared to normal cells with different structural and compositional characteristics at the same wavelength. The enhancement of photonics and AI can enhance sensitivity of 35,328 nm/RIU by utilizing CNN, 31,123 nm/RIU by utilizing SVM as well as the accuracy of 98% by utilizing CNN and 95% by utilizing SVM for tumor detection.
