The Threefold Logic of the Educator’s Spirit from the Perspective of “Two Combinations”

教育家精神作为推动教育改革与创新的核心驱动力，其理论建构呈现出多维度的逻辑特征，并深深地植根于“两个结合”的重要理论根基。随着教育强国战略的深化实施，亟须对教育家精神进行多维度的剖析与弘扬。本文立足“两个结合”的理论范式，试图从理论、历史、实践三重维度，系统阐释新时代教育家精神的生成机理与当代价值，为教育现代化进程中实现教育规律认知与教育治理实践的双向互动提供方法论指导。弘扬教育家精神不仅有助于构建中国特色教育理论体系，更为培养时代新人、推进教育强国建设提供理论支撑与实践路径。As the core driving force to promote educational reform and innovation, the theoretical construction of educator spirit presents multi-dimensional logical characteristics and is deeply rooted in the important theoretical foundation of “two combinations”. With the deepening and implementation of the strategy of building a strong country through education, it is urgent to analyze and promote the spirit of educators in multiple dimensions. Based on the theoretical paradigm of “two combinations”, this paper attempts to systematically explain the generation mechanism and contemporary value of the educator spirit in the new era from the three dimensions of theory, history and practice, and provides methodological guidance for realizing the two-way interaction between the cognition of educational laws and the practice of educational governance in the process of educational modernization. Promoting the spirit of educators not only helps to build an educational theory system with Chinese characteristics, but also provides theoretical support and practical paths for cultivating new talents of the times and promoting the construction of a strong country in education.
