Machining Processes and Optimization of Cutting Parameters for Titanium Alloy Materials
This paper focuses on the study of the machining processes and optimization of cutting parameters for titanium alloy materials. Due to their high strength, low density, and corrosion resistance, titanium alloys are widely used in aerospace and medical device fields. However, these characteristics also contribute to the difficulty and inefficiency of processing these materials. By analyzing the cutting performance of titanium alloy materials, this paper integrates multi-dimensional factors such as geometric parameter design, materials science, and brand selection. An optimization algorithm is employed to optimize the cutting parameters, providing a theoretical basis and technical support for high-efficiency and high-quality manufacturing of titanium alloys.
