Research Progress in Acupuncture Treatment of Humeral Epicondylitis

肱骨外上髁炎，民间俗称“网球肘”，是临床常见的疼痛性疾病之一，临床以肘关节外侧疼痛、活动障碍为主的一种疾病。现代医学治疗肱骨外上髁炎主要以药物、手术等手段为主，其效果明确，但仍有不足之处。针灸是传统的中医治疗手段，且治疗肱骨外上髁炎效果明确。本文将针灸(针刺、灸法、温针灸)相关文献进行总结，以便为临床提供参考。Humeral epicondylitis, commonly known as “tennis elbow” among the people, is one of the clinically common painful diseases, mainly characterized by pain in the lateral aspect of the elbow joint and activity limitations. Modern medical treatments for humeral epicondylitis mainly include drugs, surgery, and other means, which have definite effects but still have some shortcomings. Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medical treatment method and has a definite effect in treating humeral epicondylitis. This article summarizes the relevant literature on acupuncture (acupuncture, moxibustion, and warm acupuncture) to provide a reference for clinical practice.
