Integration of Regional Cultural Digitalization and E-Commerce Economy: An Exploration of the Path of High-Quality Common Prosperity on Mountainous Islands in Zhejiang

在数字经济时代背景下，浙江山区海岛地区通过区域文化数字化与电商经济的深度融合，探索出一条兼具文化传承与产业创新的共同富裕路径。本文以嵊泗县花鸟乡、松阳县等典型案例为研究对象，分析其通过数字化技术激活文化资源、构建电商生态的实践模式，提炼出“文化IP赋能–数字基建支撑–产业生态重构–制度协同保障”的系统化路径，为同类地区实现高质量发展提供理论参考与实践范式。In the context of the digital economy, the mountainous island areas of Zhejiang Province have explored a common prosperity path with both cultural inheritance and industrial innovation through the deep integration of regional cultural digitalization and e-commerce economy. This paper takes typical cases such as Huaniao Township and Songyang County in Shengsi County as the research object, analyzes their practical models of activating cultural resources and building e-commerce ecology through digital technology, and extracts the systematic path of “cultural IP empowerment-digital infrastructure support-industrial ecological reconstruction-institutional collaborative guarantee”, so as to provide a theoretical reference and practical paradigm for similar regions to achieve high-quality development.
