POSITIVE MOTIVATION OF A FUTURE AVIATION SPECIALIST IN THE PROCESS OF HIS PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

The article examines the peculiarities of the influence of the motivation of a future aviation specialist on the formation of his independence in the process of professional training. The effectiveness of motivation formation is possible only when the student manages to connect the goal with personal values. The more personal values are related to the results of future professional activity, the more internal motives actively influence the motivation of the student’s personality. High positive motivation can act as a compensating factor in the case when high abilities are not enough; however, this factor does not work in the opposite direction: no high level of abilities can compensate for the absence of educational motive or its weak expression, cannot lead to significant success in learning. This indicates a direct connection between motivation and emotional intelligence, since it is its formation that gives motivation a positive direction. Developing, the personality changes the external world in accordance with its own internal capabilities. The appropriate level of development of motivational processes is of particular value for the student, since it allows him to maintain his mental potential and psychological well-being at an effective level. The need for self-change largely depends on the emergence of a student’s goal to achieve the desired level of personal growth. The main feature of motivation in general is its effective nature, its organic penetration into various manifestations in various manifestations of activity and activity, behavior. This activity arises on the basis of the unity of consciousness and real behavior, determines the activity of the individual, constructively influences the achievement of important, personally significant and relevant goals in social terms. Prospects for further research lie in studying the peculiarities of the interaction between motivation and professional expectations of a future aviation specialist.
