ANALYSIS OF THE STATE OF FORMATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS’ READINESS FOR INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY IN NATIONAL AND FOREIGN LITERATURE

In the context of rapid changes in the education system, the formation of future primary school teachers’ readiness for innovative pedagogical activities is of particular relevance. A modern teacher must not only master traditional teaching methods, but also be able to adapt to new challenges using innovative approaches and technologies. This requires a rethinking of the content and structure of teacher training. The article analyzes the essence of the concept of “readiness for innovative pedagogical activity”, identifies its main components: motivational and value, cognitive, operational and activity, and reflective and evaluative. Each of them is revealed as the most important element of the formation of the future teacher’s professional competence, which ensures his/her ability to transform the educational process. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of factors influencing the process of forming this readiness, including both the personal characteristics of students and the characteristics of the educational environment. The importance of an integrated approach is emphasized, which includes not only learning, but also practice-oriented activities, as well as elements of self-analysis and reflection. Foreign and Ukrainian approaches to training teachers capable of innovation are considered. Successful practices are analyzed, including the use of adaptive technologies, integration of augmented reality into the educational process, and development of IR competence through non-formal education. These approaches are compared to identify common trends and specific features. A structural and functional model of readiness formation is proposed, which includes successive stages - from motivational and orientation to reflective and generalizing. The model emphasizes the need to actively involve students in the educational process, implement projects and introduce innovative pedagogical solutions. Thus, the article reveals a comprehensive understanding of the process of forming readiness for innovative pedagogical activity, and offers practical tools and approaches applicable to the system of teacher training. The materials of the study can be useful for both pedagogical universities and educational institutions interested in improving the quality of training of future specialists.
