INTERVENÇÕES DE ENFERMAGEM NA DEPRESSÃO PÓS-PARTO RELACIONADA À VIOLÊNCIA OBSTÉTRICA: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

Introduction: Postpartum depression is a psychological condition that affects a significant portion of women in the postpartum period, and is often associated with negative experiences during childbirth, such as obstetric violence. Objective: To demonstrate nursing interventions in postpartum depression resulting from obstetric violence. Methodology: Integrative literature review, with the collection of 8 articles after applying PICO and the inclusion and exclusion criteria published between 2020 and 2024 in the DeCS, SciELO and the Ministry of Health website. Results: Experiences of disrespect and abuse during childbirth contribute to the development of postpartum depression. Nursing, by adopting welcoming and humanized practices, proves to be essential to minimize these impacts. Conclusion: The sensitive and qualified performance of the nursing team can prevent mental health problems in the postpartum woman, promoting respectful and woman-centered care.
