Research on the practical path and strategy of physical education classroom teaching with digital intelligence and empowerment
The integration of intelligent digital technologies into physical education (PE) has opened new avenues for enhancing classroom teaching and individual learning experiences. This paper explores the practical pathways and strategies of digital empowerment in PE classroom instruction, underpinned by a symbiotic relationship between pedagogy and technology. Employing a mixed-methods research design, the study examines how data-driven insights and smart teaching tools can transform conventional PE lessons into immersive, interactive, and personalized learning environments. Quantitative data was collected through experimental classroom setups with sensor-equipped sports equipment and wearable fitness trackers to monitor student engagement, performance, and physical activity levels. Qualitative feedback was sourced from semi-structured interviews with PE teachers who implemented these digital tools. The findings reveal that the integration of data analytics and digital feedback mechanisms into PE pedagogy significantly enhances student motivation, sport skills acquisition, and overall physical literacy. Furthermore, this paper provides a strategic framework for the adoption of digital technologies in PE classes, discussing the necessary infrastructural adjustments, pedagogical reforms, and continuous professional development required for educators. The conclusions drawn from this research offer a concise guide to educational institutions aiming to embrace the digital transformation in PE and shed light on the broader implications of digital empowerment in the education sector.
