Dark brown hair regrowth in a red-haired woman with alopecia areata
A 25-year-old red-haired woman with alopecia areata (AA) presented with a 2-year history of increased hair shedding and alopecic patches. Following a lack of response to conventional treatments, she was treated with baricitinib, which resulted in regrowth of hair that was initially dark brown.
