Research Status and Progress of Power Grid Equipment Topology Structure Optimization Based on Parameter Optimization Algorithms
With the development of industrial automation, achieving efficient coordination among industrial equipment has become a major research hotspot in production and manufacturing. In the face of complex working environments in actual production, it is particularly important to reasonably arrange the positional relationships between various equipment so that they can efficiently and safely cooperate with each other. Compared to physical experiments, using parameter optimization algorithms to simulate and inspect the spatial positions of multiple equipment models as well as perform topology analysis can achieve reasonable layout more efficiently and accurately. This paper first introduces the principles for arranging equipment, then presents three methods for topology optimization: Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP), Hummingbird Optimization Algorithm (HOA), and a combination of the A* algorithm and a modified differential evolution genetic algorithm (AGADE). Finally, it looks forward to the future trends in optimization directions and provides conclusions.
