Design of Measurement and Control System for Aircraft Steering Gear Based on XML and Multi-threading Mechanism
The aircraft steering gear is an important component of the aircraft guidance and control system, which manipulates the deflection of the airfoil according to the instructions to realize the attitude stability control of the aircraft and ensure that the aircraft accurately arrives the target along the predetermined trajectory. The steering gear needs to be subjected to rigorous functional and performance testing before it is put into actual service. In view of the problems of cumbersome functional performance test items of the steering gear, high manual involvement in the test process, and difficulties in statistical analysis of the test results, this paper has carried out an innovative design of the measurement and control system for the aircraft steering gear. To address the serious lack of universality in the test software, this paper proposes a software uniform solution based on XML to realize that the same version of the test software is applicable to the test of various steering gear. Through embedding automatic analysis and adjudication function in the software, the statistical analysis of test results is automated, significantly reducing the human and time costs required for testing. Software of the system adopts QT framework, and applies multi-threading mechanisms, timer mechanisms, dynamic and static link library technologies, and serial communication technology to achieve precise sending of instructions and collection of feedback. Through practical application verification, this system has the advantages of flexible and configurable software architecture, integration of test items, automation of test process, visualization of test results, etc., improves the test efficiency of aircraft steering gear compartments, and provides references for the intelligent production and testing of national equipment.
