The purpose of this article is, firstly, to systematically identify all the conditions and prerequisites that a public person must meet to engage in commercial activities; secondly, to examine the challenges associated with fulfilling these requirements; and thirdly, to assess whether amendments to the regulatory framework governing public persons’ involvement in commercial activities are necessary.
