Method: Early pregnant women who underwent prenatal check ups at Yangzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to April 2022 were randomly selected and divided into an intervention group and a control group based on whether they received nutritional intervention, with 160 cases in each group. The pregnancy complications and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.
