The Liability for Crimes in the Money and Credit Sphere under Criminal Laws of Agrarian Countries
The article performs a comparative law analysis of criminal laws that stipulate the liability for crimes in the money and credit sphere. The content of provisions of criminal codes of agrarian countries is studied. The author compares provisions of Russian and foreign laws on the liability for economic crimes committed in the money and credit sphere.
