The Digital Culture Federal Project: Problems and Development Prospects

This article is devoted to the public law analysis of modern problems and prospects for the development of the Federal project “Digital Culture”, which has been implemented in the Russian Federation since January 1, 2019. The authors substantiate the importance of this Federal project both from the point of view of popularization of culture for the general population, and from the point of view of reducing the cost of these processes due to the use of modern digital technologies. The article examines various points of view on the goals and objectives of this Federal project in the Russian educational and scientific literature. The purpose of the scientific article is not only to formalize and analyze the problems that hinder the effectiveness of this Federal project, but also to develop, as well as substantiate, a system of measures to resolve these problems.
