Administrative and Organizational Activity in the Sphere of Culture

Administrative and organizational activities in the field of culture are investigated in the article. Russian legislation has a basis. The purpose of the authors is to identify administrative and organizational functions in normative legal acts. The functions of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation are central. The administrative activity of public administration bodies consists of administrative and organizational activities together with administrative and public activities. This is a matter of administrative law. The identification of sustainable areas of activity, the definition of goals and objectives will allow us to develop a qualitative theory of administrative law.
