According to the authors, the crisis at the enterprise is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon that requires increased attention, because it can lead to devastating consequences. The authors emphasize financial and production as the main components of the crisis at the enterprise. They emphasize that the financial crisis is closely intertwined with other types of crisis in the enterprise. At the same time, the authors believe that any type of crisis in the enterprise is aggravated by the inertia of thinking, when it continues to rely on outdated methods and ignores the need for transformation. To overcome the crisis, the authors suggest restructuring the enterprise’s management system, introducing early warning mechanisms for threats and building a culture capable of turning challenges into points of growth.
