PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF COOPERATION BETWEEN RUSSIA AND INDIA: REGIONAL ASPECT

The transformation of Russia’s foreign economic relations in the context of geopolitical changes is the subject of thorough analysis by policy makers, practitioners and the academic community. Russian regions are actively involved in international cooperation, seeking to enter the global market with their own products, as well as to attract goods, investments and technologies to ensure sustainable development. This article presents the results of the analysis of foreign economic interaction of Russian regions with India, and also considers the prospects for the development of this cooperation in the context of geopolitical transformations. On the example of the Penza region the directions of mutually beneficial cooperation between the region and India have been i dentified.
