HISTORY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MINING INDUSTRY IN AFRICAN COUNTRIES

This article is devoted to the history of the development of the extractive industry of African countries. It has been established that the extraction of many natural resources on the continent and their use for the production of various products was carried out long before its colonization. It has been determined that the problem of the mining industry of modern Africa is that this sphere has not yet become a factor in sustainable development for many of its states.
