GOVERNANCE IN THE STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN THE ORGANIZATION

This article presents the importance of strategic management for the organization, its activities and the level of competitiveness. Its essence and structure are investigated, as well as features reflecting its role in the functioning of an economic entity. Also, within the framework of strategic management, the role of the management system and its structure are defined, the most important elements are highlighted and the functions are presented, the performance of which reflects the place of management in strategic management. The purpose of the research is to study the management system as part of strategic management.
