THE INTRODUCTION OF QUALITY EDUCATION IN SCIENTIFIC, TECHNICAL AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT
We have entered the threshold of the 21st century, and our society is preparing to enter a completely new economic era. The pace of scientific and technological development is accelerating, new fields are constantly increasing, disciplines are highly differentiated and highly integrated, and the cycle of transformation of science and technology into productive forces has significantly shortened. The popularization of computers and the growth of the Internet have significantly changed the way people work, study, think, and even live. As society develops at a rapid pace, this inevitably leads to various potential crises, such as energy shortages, environmental imbalance, pollution, overpopulation, etc. These problems pose a threat to the survival of humanity. In order to adapt to the rapidly developing modern society, it is necessary to constantly introduce innovations, people must constantly learn, various public organizations must transform into learning organizations, and people’s moral qualities must be constantly improved. Education reform is about self-development and improvement of the education system. The latter is multidimensional and requires updating and development of all elements. The education reform aims to move from exam-oriented education to classroom-oriented learning. In the face of modern opportunities and challenges, the original model of education cannot meet the needs of social development. Training needs to be reformed, and the quality of talent needs to be further optimized. Therefore, the introduction of high-quality education has become a requirement of the times and a need for scientific, technical and social development.
