INTELLIGENT DIGITAL PLATFORMS AS A TOOL FOR AUTOMATION AND STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF TENDERS

The article is devoted to the study of intelligent digital platforms as a key factor in automating the strategic management of tender procedures in the digital economy. The purpose of the work is to systematize theoretical approaches to the concept of a digital platform, develop an original classification of their types and disclose the specifics of intelligent platforms integrating artificial intelligence technologies, machine learning and predictive analytics. The paper defines the key characteristics of intelligent platforms that provide automatic generation of tender documentation, procurement procedures, comprehensive analysis of proposals and monitoring of contract execution. Two management models are considered: a platform model offering full integration with the enterprise’s ERP systems and forming a single information circuit, and a predictive-analytical model based on continuous data monitoring and automatic risk identification. Prospects for the development of intelligent platforms are associated with the introduction of generative artificial intelligence, smart contracts based on blockchain technologies and federated learning, which creates the prerequisites for self-organizing procurement ecosystems.
