Green IoT-Based Smart Grid: Implementing Intelligent Demand-Response Systems for Energy Sustainability
We present Green IoT-based smart grids, which ultimately improve energy sustainability via smart demand-response, predictive maintenance, and peer-to-peer (P2P) energy trading. IoT also helps in achieving dynamic pricing, IoT with dynamic pricing along with AI-enabled grid optimization that aids in efficient & consistent energy consumption without piling up peak loads to hamper telecommunication infrastructure while passing minimum cost to consumers. The research emphasizes on renewable energy integration assured by proven technology like the IoT to strengthen the grid and at the same time reduce GHG emissions. Predictive maintenance increases the reliability of infrastructure while peer-to-peer energy trading creates a more efficient and self-sustaining marketplace. It proves that Green IOT is going to change the Face of Traditional power system in terms of Adaptive, Affordable and Green. IoT-based smart grids maximize smart control over energy systems and resources management for a cleaner and secure energy future as this research emphasized.
